Tier 2: is designed to generate leads with structured service pages, basic SEO setup, and strong call-to-action elements. 

Tier 3: expands further to support growth and operational functionality, with more pages, increased SEO setup, calendar booking, and comprehensive site structure. 

Each tier includes a defined number of revisions and a clear timeline, so expectations are set from the start.

The tier price covers the full scope outlined for that package and is your out-the-door price at checkout.

Any desired functions outside of your tier's scope of work must be discussed with your designer and paid separate. 

Most projects are completed within 10-28 days, depending on the selected tier. 

Tier 1: Typically 10-14 days

Tier 2: Typically 14-21 days

Tier 3: Typically 21-28 days (additional pages added on may add time)

All designers on the Glazeberry platform must maintain Glazeberry's high-quality standard to remain on the platform, and are assigned projects depending on Glazeberry's volume control to ensure they are not rushed and are given consistent work. Our desgners do not compete with each other, vary in consistency due to lack of skill, or avoid accountability.

They are responsible for building your website, communicating with you, and delivering the final result -- while Glazeberry provides the framework that keeps the project organized and consistent. 

Yes. You'll communicate directly with your designer throughout your project. 

This allows for clear collaboration and faster progress, while the platform ensures the process remains structured and aligned with the defined scope. 

if the final result does not meet the agreed scope, you can submit a revision request through the platform. 

Glazeberry ensures that revisions are handled fairly and that the final outcome meets the defined standard of the project. 

Because each project involves dedicated time and work from your designer, payments are typically non-refundable once the project has started. 

However, Glazeberry is built to ensure a fair outcome. If anything falls short of the agreed scope, the platform provides a structured revision process to ensure the final result meets the expected standard.

Hiring a freelancer can be unpredictable -- scope, quality, and timelines can vary widely. 

Glazeberry removes the uncertainty by defining the scope upfront, setting clear timelines, and providing a structured revision process. You still work directly with a designer, but within a system designed for consistency and accountability. 

Designers go through a strict vetting process to ensure they meet the platform's standards for quality, reliability, and communication. 

Only designers who meet these standards are accepted, helping ensure a consistent level of work across all projects. 

All designers have the ability to be reviewed directly by the client, as well as by the platform based on performance. Only the designers that consistently meet the platform's standards remain on the platform, ensuring no underperforming designers are assigned to clients. 

The post-completion revision request is set in place by the marketplace to ensure quality-assurance to each client. If for whatever reason the designer does not get done what you required, you can submit a revision request to make sure your needs are handled appropriately. 

The revision request must be submitted within 48 hours of project completion. 

The revision request will be matched to the scope of work via your selected tier. If the tier's scope of work is not complete as agreed, this revision request brings the project up to standard. This is a huge separator from hiring individual freelancers. 

Yes. Once your project is completed, you fully own your website and its content.

Yes. Once your website is delivered, you'll have full control over it and can make updates independently if you choose. 

If you'd prefer assistance, you can work directly with your designer for any additional updates or future improvements. Any work beyond the original scope is handled separately between you and the designer, after the completion of the original agreed-upon scope of work.
