Our Mission

To provide a work environment that provides a high income ceiling, consistent workflow, yet still incredible control over your time; all while being 100% remote.

Welcome to Glazeberry! It is such an honor to officially welcome you to join our platform

In order to provide a work environment centered around contractors having heigh income ceilings & control over their schedule, we must set strict parameters to the system to prevent quality-loss or abuse. 

Please review the onboarding info below, so you can be completely familiar with our system before starting. 


Once finished, please fill out the form at the bottom. You'll then be ready to collaborate with the Glazeberry family!

Compliance

Your Role as a Sales Representative

You are responsible for:


  • Closing deals from an optimized, provided call list
  • Clearly explaining the Glazeberry model
  • Understanding the client's needs
  • Helping clients select the appropriate tier
  • Maintaining professional communication throughout

Professionalism

You represent the Glazeberry platform.


  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Maintain confidence and composure
  • Ensure accurate information is provided

Platform Rules

  • All deals must go through Glazeberry
  • Do not bypass the platform for initial transactions

Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Laptop or desktop
  • Ability to communicate through email, text, and call

Platform Activity

To remain active on the platform:


  • You must generate at least $5,000 in closed sales within a 60-day period


If the threshold is not met:

  • You may be removed from active status
  • Re-entry will require re-onboarding
  • Re-entry is subject to demand and availability


Independent Contractor Status

You operate as an independent contractor.


  • You are responsible for independent contractor taxes
  • It is recommended to:

  1. Set aside a portion of your income for taxes
  2. Consult with a tax professional
  3. Consider forming an LLC if appropriate (consult with tax professional)

Clear communication is essential to the success of every project.


  • Respond to leads and inquiries promptly
  • Maintain clear, professional communication
  • Represent Glazeberry accurately and confidently
  • Do not sell clients on features/scope outside of their purchasing scope. Embellishment tied to closed deals will result in deduction of commission for that project and removal from the platform.

  • Ensure active leads are properly completed or organized by status

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Pay

Payment Terms

Payment is processed weekly:


  • Work week in Sunday-Saturday
  • Payments are processed on Monday and are typically in your bank account within 1-3 business days(depending on your bank)

Commission

Our current pay rates are as following:


Commission:

  • 7.5% on the first $10,000 in weekly sales
  • 10%  on all sales beyond $10,000 in the same week


Commission is from a Base Pay of:

Tier 1: $1,000 (billed to customer as $1,100

Tier 2: $3,000 (billed to customer as $3,100)

Tier 3: $5,000 (billed to customer as $5,200)


The extra $100-200 billed to the customer is to provide the transaction fee baked into the price, rather than seeing an extra fee. 


More tiers and income opportunities are in the works!

Disputes & Refunds

All projects follow a defined scope of work per tier. 

If a client is told something different than the defined purchasing tier:


  • A revision period may be activated by the client.
  • Non-compliant work may result in:

  1. Loss of commission on that project
  2. Removal from the platform


Schedule

Commitment to Active Leads

  • Active leads must be managed consistently through the sales process 
  • Short-term unavailability (1-2 days is acceptable)


If unavailable for more than 2 days:

  • Time-off request must be submitted in advance to allow time to manage current leads, without new leads continuing to come in
  • Existing leads must be properly managed or completed


Time Off Notice

If you plan to be unavailable:


  • Switch your Status to Time Off/ Vacation
  • Submit notice in advance
  • Ensure no disruption to active leads/projects
  • Additionally switch your dialpad status to off


Keep in mind time-off requests do no need to be approved. You are in control over your schedule. They are just in place to control workflow. 

Failure to do this when unavailable may result in removal from the platform.
